The MS BD industrial metal detector has been specially designed to detect magnetic and non-magnetic metal particles in products generally transported on conveyor belts, whether in bulk or packaged.
The metal detector is prepared to offer the highest detection sensitivity and can incorporate different alarm systems: audible, visual, ejection or belt stop.
Maintenance-free, the MS BD metal detector is manufactured with high quality materials to withstand the harshest working environments and thanks to its advanced technology (DDS and DSP) ensures the best detection even with products with high humidity.
The so-called “product effect” is intelligently compensated and adjusted by the microprocessor.

Metal detector option at product drop The metal detector at product drop optimizes space by saving a metal detector at the outfeed of the packaged product, together with its conveyor.
In addition, the contaminated product is hermetically sealed in a bag and thus completely sealed out of the production system.
