Once the operator has filled the box magazine and adjusted the machine to the desired dimensions, he must press the cycle start button.
The machine automatically picks up a box from the magazine by suction and pushes it through the conveyor belts.
The automatic case erector feeds the cases by means of a suction cup device, forms them and seals them from the bottom, sending the case to the filling stage at a variable rate of up to 500 cases per hour, depending on the size of the cases.
The format changeover operations are simple and fast.
