The rotary can filler is ideal for high filling speeds in confined spaces, because it uses the movement of the can for dosing, obtaining speeds up to 80 cans per minute depending on the product mouth.

Features of the complete line
The automatic can placer can place upside down cans up to a speed of 90 cans per minute.
The cans are placed in bulk, as it has a 1500mm rotating buffer tray.
The diameters with which the machine can work are 40-90mm.
Can feeding system to achieve precision in the positioning and in the continuous dosing (synchronizes the weighing of the product with the can in movement), to achieve 60 cans per minute of production.
With removable can positioning plates and spindle for easy format changeover.
8 linear vibrators synchronized with the rotating shaft for regular weighed product drop.
Includes a vibrating channel blower system for cleaning prior to product dosing.
Automatic system to place the caps on the can in motion and to screw it, also in motion (up to 65mm thread diameter).

We manufacture Trasnfer of boats by means of straps to hold the boats in cantilever and to be able to mark in any part, even in its base.
We work with different marker models (Videojet, Domino, Markm…), according to customer preferences.
Mitsubishi sevomotorized labeling machine to apply both non-wrap-around labels for cylindrical cans and square cans (square cans as optional).
This system is equipped with a 120 mm wide conveyor belt.
